In real life we could all do with a dreamcatcher, I think, taking care of the bad dreams we might have had, making them disappear at sunrise……
And even if they don’t do their magic trick, most of them are so beautiful, they deserve a place in our home where we can look at them and admire their beauty.
Every time I see one, I have the urge to make one myself …… it’s one of the – many – projects on my wish-to-make-list. Over the years I’m slowly but surely working my way through this list, and I just know that eventually I’ll create my very own catcher of bad dreams.
I love the ones I found for this week’s “Treasury Tuesday”. If you look real close, you’ll notice there’s one that’s actually not crocheted. It’s a papercut, can you believe that?
A true work of art, which is why I felt it earned it’s spot in this treasury:
This is where you can check out more of this artist’s amazing work – I’m in awe!
My 2 favorite crocheted dreamcatchers are these – the first one is a necklace (so very pretty):
What’s on top of your “wish-to-make-list”?
Now I’m off to work on mine ……
Love,
Marianne xx
